Vintage metal case, Johnson & Johnson Emergency Accident Case No. 50 . From the 1920's this hinged metal box measures 8” x 5” x 2 1/2”. Side closing clasp works fine. Hardware slots on back allows you to hang it on the wall.  Chart inside gives medical advice for injuries. Also a Johnson & Johnson bandaid box from the 1940's inside.
